Size exchanges or alterations are allowed. To complete a size exchange, place an order for the correct size and leave it in your cart. Please email info@kaieteurhouse.com your return tracking number from the postal office. We will then send a code that waives your new purchase. Exchanges being made must be completed within 5 days of receiving and must be returned in the item/s original packaging. We are not responsible for return fees.

Kaieteur is a cut and sew brand, meaning all orders are made to order.

Shipping takes 2-3 business days after construction. A tracking number is emailed instantly once your item/s have been shipped.

Our pick up and drop off option is now available for local customers! Please contact us if you are located near the Atlanta area. As always, shipping fees are included for drop offs.
