This fee comes out of your total design costs. this inquire fee is in place due to clients having to cancel their inquiry, Please take your time in getting to know what you'd like and read over everything CAREFULLY. Lastly, please allow yourself, and I, as a one women designer, the patience and care to effectively bring your custom design to life.

When inquiring, you are also booking a time and date to video chat about your inquired design

Reschedules are allowed up 24 hours before initial chat.

All Kaieteur custom designs have a material base fee of $100 Minimum ($100 IS NOT YOUR PRICE , THAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER PRICE FOR MATERIALS) Rushed or last minute inquiries will result in a base fee of $150. Same day custom designs have a base of $300, additional fees may apply.

All inquiries must be made at least 3 weeks in advance.

Large design inquiries must be made at least 8 weeks in advance.​ (i.e prom, weddings)

All custom designs require fittings.

Fitting times and dates scheduled on quote are FINAL (Unless authorized by me)

Missed fittings and unauthorized reschedules will result in a fee.

If fitting times/dates isn't suitable to clients schedule, you will have 24 hours after receiving quote to reschedule times. A updated quote will be sent.

​If client is out of state (Georgia), you may select in person or video chat fittings.  Travel and/or shipping fees for fittings will be included in order total, if you'd prefer fitting to be in person.

If Inquiry is accepted, you will be sent a quote of materials, total cost and fees, and any addition info on your order. Once approved by client (you). The client must sign, date and email quote to kaikoutures@outlook.com within 24 hours.
